Our shipping techniques have been refined to ensure virtually 100% of the livestock we ship arrives at your doorstep alive and in good health.
To ensure we live up to to this level of service:
- All livestock are shipped using overnight delivery from third party logistics providers.
- Our shipping department operates Monday- Thursday until 5:00pm eastern time except for holidays.
- If in our sole discretion, we assess the risk of weather-related delay is too high, we reserve the right to delay your shipment until more favorable conditions exist.
- We limit the geography we serve to the United States of America.
- As the volume of packages being handled by our logistics providers surges around the Christmas holiday season, we reserve the right to delay any livestock orders
- we receive during Holiday season until our logistics provides indicate that they can guarantee overnight delivery.
- To be eligible for our 48 hour live post arrival guarantee, you are responsible for ensuring you or your designee is available to receive, unbox, inspect and acclimate your livestock in a timely manner. Please see our Refund & Returns policy for additional information.

All Live Feeds are will be shipped by UPS with 2nd day arrival.
Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by address.
UPS will select the cheapest option (Ground or 2nd Day Air at Checkout)
