Our 2-week live guarantee is based on our philosophy of exceptional care for our animals and for helping aquarists to be successful! Superior animal husbandry, nutrition, and logistics at great value lead us to believe that this guarantee won't often be needed. It is a part of our expression of our plan for your success.

The Coral Reef offers a 100% live guarantee for two weeks after receipt of the animals. Simply send us a photo of the deceased animal and we will post full credit to your account, or if you prefer, refund the cost.
